Brief Introduction

• Automatic Sterilization line is designed for ice-lolly,pouch and jelly production line.
• The line is composed of upward conveyor, sterilizing machine, cooling machine, drying machine, and orientation adjusting machine.
• It is able to finish sterilization of 2.0-3.0 ton of ice lolly and jelly per hour with the time of sterilization between 10-20 min.
• Water temperature will keep stable depend on the advanced water cycling system.
• Water heated by steam. Drying by fans.
